How to prepare Chickpeas:
Bring the water to a boil, reduce to a slow simmer, and cook until the beans are tender. Timing generally varies with the age of the chickpeas, but with a pre-soak it typically takes me about 1 ¼ to 1 ½ hours. Otherwise, they’ll need four hours of cooking, sometimes longer.

2 tomatoes, grated
2 tbsp olive oil
1 small or 1/2 large onion
1 dessertspoon tomato paste
2 cups of cooked chickpeas
2 cups of water
salt & pepper to season
cook at low-heat until chickpeas become tender

Gulab Jamun is the most common dessert after every Indian meal. Let me show you how easily you can make Gulab Jamun at home with ingredients available in your very own kitchen.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fine Rava (Semolina)
11/2 cup Milk
11/2 cup Sugar
1 cup Water
3-4 crushed Cardamom seeds
1 tsp Ghee
Oil for deep frying
Method: Bring to a boil water to which Sugar has been added. Add crushed Cardamom seeds, reduce flame and simmer for 2-3 minutes till syrup becomes slightly sticky. Keep aside.
Dry roast Rava for 1-2 minutes on very low flame, taking care to see that it doesn't change colour. Add Milk and stir continuously till it forms into a soft lump. Add Ghee and mix well. Remove from flame and allow to cool. Once cool, start kneading for 5-8 minutes till soft. Shape the Gulab Jamuns and fry them on medium flame till it turns golden brown. Now remove all the Gulab Jamuns from oil and put directly into the Sugar Syrup. Once all the Gulab Jamuns are in the syrup, cook the syrup for at least 5 minutes on low flame. Let the Gulab Jamuns remain in the syrup at least for an hour before serving. Bring to a boil
Water

garlic ( can use paste )
ginger (can use paste)
tamarind
curry leaves
dhanya

Rasam powder
Grind to a powder cumin ( jeera) , toor dal, pepper, dhanya seeds



Berakaya pachidi ( Ridgegourd chutney )

Roast in some oil
Tomato
green chillis
Berkaya
Tamarind
Curry leaves
Ginger

Take off from heat
Grind coarsely with salt and garlic

Chicken Curry

Wash chicken thoroughly
Heat oil, saute onions and green chillis
Add turmeric and saute
Add curry leaves and saute
Add ginger garlic paste and stir
Add chicken pieces, red chilli pieces
Cook covered till done
