How to Make Traditional Ricotta Cheese from Whey

Traditional ricotta cheese is made using whey left over from cheesemaking and it is a wonderful way to utilize whey that might normally be discarded.
I wanted to make traditional Ricotta cheese and here it is. I have made farmer's cheese with two liters of milk and did not throw away the whey because it is precious to me. The result is of course just a little piece of cheese but if you make with more whey, you will get a larger piece of cheese.
