How to Make Easy Filo Pastry (Yufka) with Cheese | Turkish Gözleme Recipe

I have made the simplest way of Turkish Gözleme flatbread for you guys using supermarket bought filo pastry sheet. I prepared the filling with feta cheese and some green onions which perfectly fits each other.
My mother had made börek a couple of days ago and there is just one filo pastry sheet left. It is not very fresh but in the end, my gözleme was very delicious.. even I did not really guess it would be. :) I hope you will enjoy the video and forgive me if I had any mistake on the video recording. Ingredients:

200g jumbo prawns
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
3 tsp ghee
3 cardamoms
4 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 bay leaf
2 tsp garlic
1 cup onions
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp ginger paste
200g curd
1 tsp sugar

Method:
Marinate the prawns with salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder, and let it rest for a while.
Heat ghee in a pan, and add cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, garlic and onions.
Saute and cook until the onions are tender, then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ginger paste and the marinated prawns.
Cook until the prawns are done, then add the curd. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes, then add sugar and cook until dissolved.
Serve hot.

1 whole wheat pita bread
1 tbsp mayo blend
Canned tuna (112 grams - kalahati ng idang maliit na lata)
2 tbsp corn kernels
2 tbsp black beans (yung hindi salted para di maalat)
2 tbsp cucumber strips

Breakfast Platter (298 cal)
1 whole wheat bread
1 large egg
1 pouch chilli beef and beans
1 tbsp yogurt
2 pieces strawberries

Kale and Kamote Salad (Sauteed) (233 cal - add 1 serving of canned tuna to make it 333 cal)
1 cup Kale
1 cup kamote
1/2 red onions
1 clove garlic
salt and pepper and dried basil seasoning to taste

How to make Chicken Soup. Step by step easy cooking recipe of Chicken Soup by Tasty Food Recipes.

Ingredients:

Chicken (With Bones) ... 500g
Water ... 7 - 8 Glass
Salt ... According to Taste
Black Pepper ... 2/3 Tsp
Cumin Seeds ... 1/3 Tsp
Corn Flour ... 4 Tbsp
Egg ... 1
White Vinegar ... 8 Tbsp
Soy Sauce ... 2 Tbsp
Red Chilli ... 1/2 Tsp
Green Chill (Chopped) ... 1 Medium

Method:

- Add chicken, water, salt, black pepper and cumin seeds in a pot.
- Cook until chicken tenders.
- Remove chicken from chicken stock.
- Separate chicken from bones.
- Strain out chicken stock using a sieve.
- Add chicken stock into the cooking pot again and turn on the flame.
- Add 1 more glass of water.
- Add shredded chicken.
- Take 4 Tbsp Corn Flour in a bowl, add 3/4 cup water and mix well to form a mixture.
- Add corn flour mixture into the soup while continuous stirring to avoid lumps.
- Add Soy Sauce.
- Cook for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Take 1 egg in a bowl and beat it.
- Add egg into the soup while stirring and cook for 1 minute.
- Chicken Soup is ready.
