200g jumbo prawns
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
3 tsp ghee
3 cardamoms
4 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 bay leaf
2 tsp garlic
1 cup onions
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp ginger paste
200g curd
1 tsp sugar

Marinate the prawns with salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder, and let it rest for a while.
Heat ghee in a pan, and add cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, garlic and onions.
Saute and cook until the onions are tender, then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ginger paste and the marinated prawns.
Cook until the prawns are done, then add the curd. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes, then add sugar and cook until dissolved.
Serve hot.
