Healthy Breakfast Cookies 3 Ways * Vegan WFPB Sugar Free KID APPROVED & SUPER EASY

In this video I share with you o 3 ways to make healthy breakfast cookies that are sugar free, made from whole food ingredients, easy, vegan and kid approved.

For the base recipe you'll need

6 banans (ripe and mashed) and 4-5 cups of oats

both old fashioned and quick oats work, but create different textures.

Here are the additional ingredients I added for the three different recipes:

Cinnamon Raisin
1 cup of raisins
1 tbsp cinnamon (or try Ceylon cinnamon)
1 cup almonds or nuts of your choice (walnut is great as well)

Nut & Date
1/2 cup nut butter of your choice (we love peanut or almond)
1 cup chopped dates (pitted!)
optional pinch of salt (gives this a little more flavor and a kind of caramel taste)

Strawberry Nut
1 cup freeze dried strawberries
1/2 - 1 cup nuts of your choice (we used almonds)
I think roasted nuts or almonds would be really nice here.
3-4 drops organic stevia leaf drops
(you could also use fresh vanilla and any sweetener of your choice such as maple syrup, honey if you are not vegan or agave nectar)

Bake the cookies at 425 degree F for about 20 minutes or until they start to get golden brown on the edges.
